About this index
This index measures public disapproval of countries, territories, governments, and state actions. It must not be used to promote hatred, harassment, violence, or discrimination against citizens, ethnic groups, religions, immigrants, or nationalities.
Users may criticize governments, state actions, public policy, military actions, corruption, human rights violations, environmental harm, censorship, cyberattacks, and geopolitical decisions.
Users may not target citizens, ethnic groups, religious groups, immigrants, refugees, races, national origin groups, protected classes, or individuals with threats or dehumanizing language.
Public comments and unmoderated user notes are not part of the MVP.
